Is there a minimum contract length?
No. We work on rolling monthly contracts with 30 days' notice to cancel. We'd rather earn your loyalty by doing a great job than lock you in with a long contract.
What does 'per user' mean?
The monthly price is multiplied by the number of people in your business using the service. So a 5-person team on Essentials would be 5 × £45 = £225/month. Simple.
Is Microsoft 365 included in the price?
On Essentials, we support and manage your existing Microsoft 365 account - licences are charged separately at cost. On Complete, the Microsoft 365 Business Premium licence is fully included in your monthly price. No extra bills.
What happens if I need someone to come to my office?
On Essentials, we can come to you at a discounted rate of £75/hour. On Complete, unlimited onsite visits are included in your monthly price - we come as often as you need us.
What's included in the free IT health check?
We look at your computers, email, backups and security and give you a plain-English report on what we find. We'll tell you honestly what's working, what isn't, and what we'd do about it - with no pressure to sign up to anything.
How quickly can you get us set up?
