Is there a minimum contract length?
We offer rolling monthly contracts. We'd love for you to stay because you love the service — not because you're locked in. That said, most clients find that after 3 months they wonder why they didn't switch sooner.
What happens if I need onsite support?
On Essentials, onsite visits are charged at a day rate. On Professional and Complete plans, a set number of onsite visits are included — and we can add more as needed. We're Sussex-based, so we can usually be with you the same day.
Does pricing include Microsoft 365 licences?
Our pricing covers the management and support of your Microsoft 365 environment. Microsoft licence costs are passed through at cost — we don't mark them up. We'll recommend exactly what licences you need.
Can I mix plans across my team?
Yes. Some clients have a core team on Professional and occasional staff on Essentials. We'll build a package that makes sense for how your business actually works.
What's included in the free IT audit?
A thorough check of your computers, emails, backups and security. We look at whether your data is being backed up properly, whether someone could get into your email, and whether your systems are set up safely. You get a plain-English report with clear recommendations — and no pressure to act on any of it with us.
How quickly can you onboard us?
Most clients are fully onboarded within a week. We manage the process carefully so your team barely notices the transition. You just notice everything works better.
